With 15+ years of experience, I specialize in helping patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being through evidence-based treatments tailored to their unique needs
She has gained many years of valuable experience by working in various settings including Private practice, Aged Care Homes, In-Community Physio services. She has worked in various settings including Outpatient clinics, Rehab Centres, Acute and Post Acute/Rehab Hospitals, Spinal Cord injuries treatment, Home Care. Since graduation, Yamini continued to demonstrate keen interest in Orthopedic and Post Surgical Rehab, She is also very keen in treating women’s health issues/pelvic floor physiotherapy. She combines various treatment techniques and methodologies including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities and dry needling.

Varun is an experienced Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience across Australia and India. He has a strong background in sports medicine, occupational health, and injury rehabilitation, helping individuals regain physical confidence and safely return to work, sport, and daily life.
Throughout his career, Varun has managed high patient volumes within major hospital outpatient departments, independently assessing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. He has treated both elite/professional and recreational athletes across sports including badminton, tennis, cricket, football, pro-kabaddi, track and field, golf, and wrestling.
His professional sporting appointments have included pitch-side support for the Ranji Trophy, IPL trial games, and the Premier Badminton League (serving as Team Physiotherapist for the Chennai Smashers), along with onsite physiotherapy services for the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) at Bombay Presidency Golf Club. These roles involved acute injury management, return-to-play planning, and performance-focused rehabilitation.
Alongside his clinical expertise, Varun has played a significant role in team coordination and departmental management, fostering effective collaboration within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. He is highly skilled in manual therapy techniques, including spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation, dry needling, post-operative rehabilitation, and workplace injury management.
Varun is passionate about guiding each client through their unique recovery journey whether supporting an injured worker returning to their job or assisting an athlete in making a successful return to competition. He also has a special interest in adolescent sports injuries, congenital conditions, disabilities, and working with NDIS clients, focusing on long-term functional outcomes and independence.
In addition to clinical practice, Varun has contributed to research, including a published study titled “Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique Reduces Pain Intensity on Upper Trapezius Myofascial Trigger Points”(Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Journal, 2014). His undergraduate dissertation examined shoulder alignment in bowlers, reflecting his strong interest in sports biomechanics.
Outside the clinic, Varun enjoys playing cricket, staying active, and spending time in nature. He remains committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and reduce their risk of future injuries.

Muna is a physiotherapist with experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, and complex rehabilitation across hospital and community settings in Australia and Nepal. She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as geriatric care, supporting older adults to maintain mobility, balance, and independence. She is also certified in delivering specialised exercise programs for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
Muna is passionate about helping people improve mobility, regain independence, and return to meaningful daily activities. She adopts a personalised, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, focusing on tailored rehabilitation programs that support recovery, build strength, and enhance long-term function and quality of life.
Outside of work, Muna enjoys reading and travelling, which allows her to maintain balance, continue learning, and connect with diverse perspectives.

Aastha has a particular interest in neurological physiotherapy, including rehabilitation following stroke, spinal cord injuries, peripheral neuropathies, and movement disorders. She also has extensive experience in the management of acute and persistent pain presentations, utilising a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation.
She has a strong interest in working with NDIS participants and adolescent patients, supporting individuals with varying functional needs through tailored, goal-oriented rehabilitation programs. She is committed to enhancing independence, participation, and overall quality of life within community and home-based settings.
Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and aligns with recent standards, emphasising thorough assessment, clinical reasoning, and goal-oriented treatment planning. Aastha is committed to delivering person-centred care, focusing on improving functional capacity, promoting independence, and supporting long-term self-management.
